How to feel calm.
Feeling calm is important because it’s good for you. Here is an explanation
about how to feel calm.


I feel angry when my mom says get off YouTube. Another way I feel angry is
when my sister or brother makes me frustrated and when I feel like I want to
cry.


When i need a kit kat break when...I take a breath i drink water I close my
eyes and think of my happy place.


Happy place In my bed is some of my happy places. Another one is eating
ice cream.
taking a nap staying in my room.


When i feel calm like When i feel relaxed when i feel like to talk with
somebody and a another why is when i feel soft inside.

Summary: feeling calm is important  I feel angry when my mom says
get off YouTube When i need a kit kat break when I take a breath.
Happy place In my bed and When i feel calm like When i feel relaxed.
